I am a hands-on sales leader who enjoys mentoring and developing others as much as managing client accounts directly. My life's work is creating customer-centered sales programs that generate revenue and build up the reputation of my company. I have managed multimillion-dollar P&L while driving hundreds of sales staff, I have managed retail offices for national businesses and global brands, and I have powered sales efforts single-handedly for my own brokerage firm.

Teambuilding is a high priority for me. I am passionate about setting up the proper training, mentoring, and incentive programs to position my sales team for success. Under my leadership, junior agents flourish and senior agents lead with integrity. Everybody wins.
